Actalent in Seattle is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager with expert Revit skills to lead healthcare and civic projects. The role blends design development, documentation, and project management across large CA-based and Seattle-based assignments, with licensure not required but pursued.

Expect a hybrid schedule with on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Seattle and remote other days. Competitive pay ranges from $43.00 to $67.00 per hour, equivalent to roughly $90k–$140k annually,

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience with Revit-based CD production.
• Advanced Revit proficiency is required.
• Experience on healthcare and/or civic projects; correctional experience preferred.
• Willingness to manage large, multi-year projects and coordinate with consultants.
• Familiarity with CA and WA building codes and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Project Manager and Project Architect on a range of healthcare and civic projects.
• Lead design development and documentation using Revit across all phases.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for on-time delivery.
• Manage project communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee construction documents and ensure code compliance.
• Contribute to design vision while balancing technical and budget needs.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in project meetings and coordination.
