Job summary
Cuningham is seeking a Project Architect or Senior Project Architect to lead healthcare design, coordination, and technical delivery in California or Phoenix. Healthcare experience and HCAI/OSHPD familiarity are key, with senior roles focusing on early design and complex projects.
Remote work is an option alongside multiple office locations. You'll oversee design development, QA/QC, and coordination with consultants, while guiding teams and interfacing with clients and AHJs to ensure compliant,
Qualifications
- Healthcare project experience required.
- HCAI/OSHPD experience strongly preferred, including hospital/clinic projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture; licensure preferred at senior level.
Responsibilities
- Lead design solutions, coordination, and production through all project phases.
- Mentor design staff and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Coordinate with healthcare clients, facilities teams, and AHJs.
- Oversee construction administration and site observations.
- Ensure complete, high-quality architectural documents.
