Job summary

GiaCare Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead healthcare contract operations at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland, TX. You will oversee staffing, performance, and compliance across a multi-personnel team in a critical government-enabled environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years as a Project Manager, with demonstrated ability to manage 20+ staff and coordinate cross-functional teams with government partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience supporting government or private-sector healthcare contracts.
• Proven ability to lead a team of at least 20 employees.
• Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and administer contract activities to meet requirements.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of healthcare personnel.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate a workforce of healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and support team members throughout employment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with recruiting/credentialing to support staffing and processing.
• Monitor staffing levels and address vacancies in collaboration with recruiting.
• Serve as primary liaison between GiaCare, government reps, employees, and partners.
• Develop relationships with federal government customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, staffing metrics, and contract compliance.
• Prepare reports to government and GiaCare leadership.
• Identify trends and implement improvements for operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate HR matters including employee relations and performance management.
