ResMed in San Diego, CA, seeks a Product Manager to own provider-facing digital health capabilities, shaping how clinicians use connected device data to support patient care. You will shepherd initiatives across discovery, development, launch, and optimization, partnering with engineering, UX, and quality/compliance teams to deliver measurable value for providers and patients.

Competenze

• 3+ years of product management experience in healthcare, MedTech, digital health, or a regulated healthcare technology environment.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to an established digital product across discovery, development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider and user workflows, with experience translating customer needs into product requirements and priorities.
• Experience working directly with customers and users to understand needs, validate problems and solutions, and inform product decisions.
• Experience partnering with engineering and UX/design teams to deliver digital products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using customer insights and product data to make decisions and measure outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment around product priorities and trade-offs.
• Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment and partnering with quality, regulatory, privacy, security, or other subject-matter experts.
