Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience at a product-driven tech company shipping software.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Frontend development experience with React, Next.js and HTML/CSS.
• Experience designing for complex systems and developer-facing tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design work for various products on the Stedi platform, from conception to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and the customer team to identify and solve user, product, and business problems.
• Help define strategy, goals, success metrics, roadmap, and commitments.
• Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly and validate directions with customers.
• Improve the internal design system and elevate overall product quality.
