Job summary

Inabia-Software- is seeking a Product Architecture Lead for a contract role focused on healthcare industry solutions. The role oversees end-to-end design, including solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow, with predominantly remote work and periodic onsite commitments, travel expenses covered.

You will guide cross-functional architecture teams, translate business capabilities into buildable designs, and ensure coherence with the broader platform while partnering with product

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agentic Design.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in AI Workflow Design.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in PBM.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design.
• Prior healthcare industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design of customer-facing and business-facing solutions, including solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow.
• Translate business capability inventories into detailed, actionable designs that engineering teams can execute against.
• Lead and coordinate solutions, agentic, and UI/workflow architects across multiple concurrent design workstreams.
• Partner closely with product engineering to align design intent with implementation execution.
• Maintain solution coherence and architectural integrity when multiple teams are designing simultaneously.
• Ensure all designs align to the broader platform architecture and established standards.
• Travel to required locations as needed; travel expenses are covered.
