Job summary

Pardee UNC Health Care is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement initiatives across departments. The role collaborates with Process Improvement, Patient Experience, and Volunteer Services to ensure deliverables meet scope, on-time, and aligned with goals.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, maintaining trackers, managing databases, analyzing data, and preparing leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple departments: Patient Experience, Volunteer Services, Process Improvement and Spiritual Care.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, action item trackers, and meeting agendas.
• Manage large databases for accuracy and relevance.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support project decisions and measure outcomes.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
• Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Support event planning for improvement initiatives.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Assist in standardizing tools, templates, and processes.
