• Experience as a Business Analyst or Regulatory Analyst in healthcare payer domain.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and system requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability across regulatory intents to solution validation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze state mandates, regulatory requirements and healthcare payer needs.
• Translate requirements into clear business, functional and system specs.
• Perform impact analysis across Facets, Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, data, integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Solution Architects, Engineers, QA, and compliance teams.
• Develop user stories, rules, acceptance criteria, flows, and documentation.
• Maintain traceability from mandate through design, development and validation.
• Identify gaps, risks, and impacted processes or systems.
• Support walkthroughs and clarify requirements during the lifecycle.
• Assist QA with test scenarios and acceptance criteria for regulatory requirements.
• Support readiness and validation of regulatory changes.
