Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of professional supply chain or warehouse operations experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages teammate time, attendance, and schedules for assigned functional area.
• Provides proactive performance feedback, coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Oversees training and ensures teammates receive appropriate job function training.
• Leads succession planning and talent development.
• Achieves KPIs in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Turnover.
• Coordinates with Account Management, Transportation, CEC, and Corporate Operations.
• Supports new customers to ensure successful implementation in the DC.
