DaVita has an open position for a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) who must be an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Healthcare experience is not required!

Requirements:

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum one year management experience in healthcare, business, military, or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 60 days.
• Skills and qualifications considered at discretion of ROD and/or DVP.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and financial teams to produce results.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
