Job summary

Delray Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive grassroots marketing tactics in the market, including events, seminars, sponsorships, and local outreach to raise awareness and engagement.

You will partner with hospital leadership, physicians, clinical teams and internal marketing to execute plans across multiple facilities, maintain community presence, and deliver performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of marketing, advertising agency, communications, or coordination experience preferred.
• Healthcare or multi-location experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute grassroots marketing tactics including events, community seminars, sponsorships, and local outreach.
• Build awareness, drive engagement, and support customer acquisition in the market.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, physicians, clinical teams, and internal marketing partners.
