Job summary

You will work under senior guidance but quickly contribute to projects, present findings to clients, and, in years two and three, assume managerial responsibilities while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.5/4 or greater; strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, economics, finance, or related fields.
• Interest in evolving healthcare industry and healthcare policy.
• Excellent project, time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent business English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality, quantitative analytics using large data assets to derive trends and recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research on markets, payers, physicians, and patients.
• Collaborate with project team and provide informed approaches to client needs.
• Develop predictive models for contracting, patient cost and brand performance.
• Translate analyses into insights for reports and client meetings.
