Job summary

RSM US LLP in New York seeks a Senior Associate in Healthcare Margin Improvement to join our Healthcare Margin Improvement Consulting group. You will work with diverse healthcare organizations, gain hands-on client experience, and report to a Career Advisor as you develop your career.

Primary duties include supporting client meetings, preparing reports, traveling to client sites, delivering projects on schedule, and analyzing data with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Three (3) or more years' experience in healthcare consulting or five (5) or more years' industry experience in healthcare analytics.
• Major in Business, Finance, Data & Analytics preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Travel to client locations may be required; reliable transportation needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• High integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Sit in on client meetings and support conducting consulting projects.
• Prepare reports on consulting services performed for clients; deliver reports and discuss results and recommendations.
• Travel to client locations as required to provide consulting services.
• Complete client projects efficiently according to the project timeline and dates.
• Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze client information and document results and recommendations.
• Attend conferences, trainings, and meetings for professional development.
