Job summary

Juniper Advisory is seeking a dedicated professional to support M&A transactions across hospitals and health systems nationwide. You will provide direct transaction support to bankers and client management teams, preparing and explaining historical and projected financials.

You will perform financial modeling, including valuation and credit analysis, and help develop presentations and strategic materials for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Financial modeling and three-statement analyses, plus written and verbal business communication.
• Experience in consulting, finance and/or credit analysis with hospitals preferred; healthcare or M&A background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions for hospitals and health systems across the country.
• Provide primary transaction support for bankers and clients’ management teams.
• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financials.
• Perform financial modeling, including company valuation and credit analysis.
• Develop and organize presentations and materials during client engagements.
• Assist in the marketing and planning of client engagements.
• Coordinate with clients to perform business due diligence.
• Conduct industry and market research and develop market and business reports.
