The Orange County, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking attorneys to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and have 1–7 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.

Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits is preferred.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California.
• 1–7 years of experience in representing healthcare providers in state/federal courts and admin proceedings.
• Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice actions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions and take/defend depositions.
• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
