Job summary

The Orange County, CA office of Lewis Brisbois is actively seeking attorneys to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and have at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.

Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits is preferred.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California.
• 1–7 years of experience representing healthcare providers.
• Experience handling medical malpractice matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions.
• Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
