Qualifications

• Experience in material and inventory management.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Some delivery or route experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and push/pull linen carts.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage customer inventory and conduct audits.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Support daily linen service operations at customer sites.
• Conduct quarterly audits and Goodwill visits as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory at customer locations.
• Coordinate with DSM/GM on customer interactions.
