• Deliver clean linen and collect soiled linen in a safe, timely manner in accordance with Crown policies.
• Record inventories and quantities of linen; maintain organized storage areas.
• Receive and respond to service calls promptly and professionally per Crown procedures.
• Observe and report linen abuse or misuses to the Linen Distribution Manager.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and par level maintenance for carts and linen storage.
