Formación

• Proven experience as a cook or in institutional food service ( healthcare or hospitality ) for at least 1 year.
• Serv Safe Certification.
• Basic computer skills (web and email).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and produce meals following established recipes and menus with consistency and precision.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness, adhering to health codes and policy.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies as directed by the kitchen supervisor.
• Assist with receiving, rotating, and stocking inventory and keep daytime kitchen ready.
