Job summary

Graphora is seeking experienced healthcare leaders to advise and support emerging healthcare businesses. The role spans digital health, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences and related areas, focusing on strategic guidance, company evaluation and founder support.

Engagements are primarily remote, with 2–4 hours per month minimum and up to 40 hours for select advisory engagements. Compensation varies by scope and can include cash, equity or carried interest; terms are agreed

Qualifications

Significant professional experience in healthcare delivery, medicine, health-system operations, insurance, or life sciences.
Proven track record as an executive, founder, operator, advisor or investor in healthcare.
Experience building strategic partnerships and navigating healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance on Graphora’s growth and opportunities within your specialty.
Help evaluate companies, markets, and emerging technologies for potential impact.
Support founders with market-entry, product positioning and customer needs.
Identify and introduce relevant decision-makers and potential partners through Graphora’s process.
Participate in advisory discussions and regional initiatives aligned with your expertise.
