Florida Healthcare Law Firm is seeking an experienced Business Attorney with Healthcare and Wellness Industry Focus in Delray Beach, FL. This full-time, on-site role involves providing representation to healthcare providers and businesses across regulatory and corporate matters, including licensure, accreditation, and compliance.

The attorney will handle a varied caseload in a premium private practice setting.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years serving healthcare clients.
Expertise in healthcare corporate law, compliance, licensure, and accreditation.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in transactional work and financial raises in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities
