Job summary

Healthcare Services Group in Stillwater, OK is hiring a Laundry Worker to maintain clean linens and clothing for residents in our long-term care facilities. You will operate laundry equipment, sort and distribute items, and support sanitation and infection-control practices.

We value a positive attitude, reliable teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions. Prior laundry experience is preferred but not required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass any site vaccination

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
