Qualifications

• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move laundry items.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, clothing, and other laundry items according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Inspect linens and clothing for stains, damage, or wear and follow procedures for repair or replacement.
• Maintain an organized inventory of clean linens and report shortages or excesses.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in handling and distributing laundry.
• Follow facility policies and stay informed about health and safety regulations.
