Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Laundry Worker to maintain linen and garment cleanliness for residents in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and high-quality service to residents and staff.

The position offers starting pay of USD 12.00 per hour with benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, and career development opportunities. Ability to lift 50 lbs and residency in the service area are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
