ImageFIRST is seeking a Production Associate for its healthcare laundry plant in New Jersey. You will join a team to sort, launder, and package linens and garments, ensuring infection prevention standards and quality control.

The role offers hourly pay in the $16.50–$18.00 range with first and second shifts, Monday–Friday and potential overtime. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package support this entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Two valid forms of identification required at hire.
• Must stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to handle special requests.
• Commitment to safety and infection prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linen and garments by product type.
• Prepare and load clean products for delivery per route needs.
• Launder medical, hospitality, and food & beverage garments and linens.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace during shifts.
• Handle and package items per infection prevention standards.
• Inspect linens and package to quality standards.
• Operate equipment and decontaminate work area per OSHA.
• Adhere to Lock-out Tag Out policies.
• Support safety training and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
