Job summary

PureHealth Care Services is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to maintain a clean and safe post-acute facility environment. You will perform patient-area cleaning, discharge and isolation cleaning, and chemical disinfection to support high-quality care.

Role requires regular walking, ability to lift, and adherence to HIPAA policies. Shift available 2pm–10:30pm; weekend/holiday shifts may be required. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months customer service experience required.
• One year experience in a similar role preferred.
• HIPAA awareness and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient areas daily and after discharge.
• Clean patient area isolation and discharge rooms.
• Perform disinfection and chemical handling.
• Laundry processing for patient linens and personal items.
• Clean public areas and rovers; maintain floors (hard/carpet).
• Handle solid and biomedical waste per policy and guidelines.
