Qualifications

• Experience in a long-term care or healthcare laundry department preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must follow sanitation and quality standards.
• Ability to function as a Team Leader/Role Model.

Responsibilities

• Load machines to proper weight/level and set cycles with correct detergents.
• Sort laundry by color, fabric, and type for washing.
• Transfer laundered items to dryers and fold/iron as needed.
• Distribute personal laundry to patients' closets and ensure sanitation of areas.
