Job summary

Hireology in Texas is seeking a Laundry Staff Member to provide residents with clean linens and clothing, operate household and industrial laundry equipment, and ensure timely delivery throughout the facility.

You will maintain clean laundry areas, handle chemicals safely, and support residents with care while maintaining reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure clean, organized linens and clothing.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety guidelines.
• Understand importance of cleanliness and infection control in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Wash & Dry Laundry: use household and industrial equipment to clean linens and clothing.
• Fold & Organize Linens: stack and store linens in proper order.
• Deliver Clean Linens: ensure timely delivery to resident rooms and areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep laundry areas and equipment clean and functional.
• Handle Chemicals Safely: use approved detergents per safety guidelines.
• Assist Residents: deliver clothing to rooms with care.
