• Complete daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Monitor hot and cold food temperatures to meet targets.
• Assist in storage and management of supplies and food products.
• Notify Chef Manager of supplies or equipment needs.
• Report any equipment breakdowns or unsafe conditions.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Attend department meetings and participate in required trainings.
