Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our dietary team. You will prepare and serve meals in accordance with physician-ordered diets, while maintaining sanitation and quality standards in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required; healthcare, skilled nursing, or institutional cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to approved menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.

• Assist with food preparation, storage, inventory, and kitchen organization.
