Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration and MSSQL database management.
• Advanced proficiency with VoIP/SIP communication systems and RTLS infrastructure.
• In-depth understanding of HL7 standards, EHR integration, RTLS, and healthcare data flows.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills.
• Strong networking and security troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize healthcare IT systems and integrations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for voice/messaging mobility solutions.
• Develop and refine EHR/HL7 interfaces for data interoperability.
• Perform advanced network and system diagnostics.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.
• Provide high-level support for MSSQL databases.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership for IT solutions alignment.
• Lead technical documentation and process standardization.
• Mentor IT Analysts and IT Engineer 1 team members.
• Contribute to IT security initiatives and compliance.
