Job summary

Damian Family Care Centers, Inc. is seeking an IT Technician I to serve as the primary contact for end-user technology support across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, network-connected devices, and EHR technology.

The role includes troubleshooting, deploying and maintaining equipment, supporting system upgrades, maintaining inventory and documentation, and escalating complex issues when needed. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with minimum 2 years in technical support or related IT services.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• CompTIA A+ or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee technology questions, incidents, and service requests.
• Provide technical support in person, by telephone, email, or remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, printing, and end-user issues.
