Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Security professional to monitor, analyze, and respond to security events across a regulated healthcare environment. You will serve as a security escalation point for IT Helpdesk issues and support IAM onboarding/offboarding processes.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve security-related issues, assistance with audits and compliance activities, and support for IT Security Administrators and Security Engineers in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT security, SOC, IT operations, or helpdesk escalation.
• Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or SC-200 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events, service requests, and identity-related activities across the technological environment.
• Serve as escalation point from the IT Helpdesk for security and access-related issues.
• Support IAM onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security-related issues.
• Assist with audits and compliance activities.
