Ardan Equity, a private equity firm focused on healthcare and life sciences software and data, is seeking an Associate to support deal execution, thesis development and portfolio tasks within the Investment Team.

The role involves financial modeling, due diligence, sector analysis and collaboration with mid-level and senior professionals. Strong healthcare tech experience and a proactive, organized work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with quantitative rigor in business/finance/economics/engineering/math
• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity
• Experience in Healthcare IT or Pharma Tech or both
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare, technology and healthcare tech
• Strong analytical, writing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence and analysis on potential investments
• Create investment memos and materials supporting decisions
• Build financial models, valuations, forecasts and analyses
• Conduct sector and company-level analyses with primary and secondary research
• Support thesis development, sourcing and outreach activities
• Contribute to portfolio company growth initiatives across sales/marketing/tech/M&A/operations
• Monitor portfolio performance and reporting
• Leverage AI tools to enrich analyses and automate workflows
• Assist in interactions with management teams and intermediaries
• Maintain deal evaluation tools, pipeline and databases
