Job summary

Infosys Limited, healthcare unit, is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to join the US delivery team. You will drive EDI-based healthcare payers solutions, document requirements, design and code enhancements, and lead testing and production support.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and hands-on coding across the SDLC. The ideal candidate has EDI mapping experience, SQL database knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree, with willingness to relocate or travel as needed within the

Qualifications

Experience with requirements gathering, design, and mapping EDI X12 837/835/834/820.
Experience in Healthcare payer or healthcare providers EDI solutions.
Experience with EDI mapping and EDI analysis.
Knowledge of Healthcare Claims and Encounters processing.

Responsibilities

Contribute to requirements elicitation and document assigned business requirements.
Facilitate design discussions and document design decisions for development teams.
Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
Conduct code reviews and maintain repositories.
Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
Develop user training and documentation to enable smooth transitions.
Resolve production issues and suggest preventive strategies for reliability.
Maintain detailed records of code, tests, and support activities.
