A leading global investment bank (representative of our employer network) is hiring a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to support M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior bankers, clients, and cross‑functional deal teams on high‑impact transaction work.
- Support execution of M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raises in healthcare.
- Build detailed financial models, including:
- Operating & valuation analyses
- Conduct market research across biotech, pharma, medtech, and healthcare services.
- Prepare pitchbooks, investor materials, and client presentations.
- Participate in due diligence across financial, clinical, product, and regulatory areas.
- Analyze industry trends and company performance metrics.
- Assist with deal structuring, transaction logistics, and closing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Biology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of valuation, financial modeling, and corporate finance.
- Interest in healthcare markets, biotech innovation, or medical technology.
- Experience in IB, consulting, equity research, or life sciences preferred.
- Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
