Job summary

Northside Hospital in Duluth, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to receive, store, and distribute supplies across the facility. You will document transactions, operate the inventory system, and support continuous patient care with accurate stock levels.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2–3 years in inventory or distribution, basic math, ability to read/write, and experience with scanner-based and computerized systems. Medical supply experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in material/supply inventory or distribution, purchasing, or related field.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to operate computerized inventory system.
• Ability to use a hand-held scanner to issue and track inventory.
• Ability to work independently and resolve customer service issues.

Responsibilities

• Receives and distributes/stores all supplies and equipment delivered to the Hospital in an accurate and timely manner, including documentation and communication.
• Has a thorough knowledge of all processes on all shifts and supports operations as needed.
