Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, KY is seeking an Internal Auditor to evaluate internal controls, risk management, and financial and operational processes across senior living, pharmacy, and therapy service lines.

The role conducts operational and financial audits, including SOX testing, to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards, using data analysis to identify risks and control gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–1 years of experience in internal auditing or related field.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs internal audits and risk assessments enterprise-wide to evaluate controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations with detailed reports.
• Conducts operational audits across senior living, pharmacy, and therapy service lines for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Completes SOX internal control testing and remediation, including IT general controls as needed.
• Utilizes data analytics to identify deficiencies, trends, and areas of risk across audits.
• Travel to campuses for onsite audits and to educate campus personnel on policy and procedures.
