Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald's Healthcare Investment Banking Group in New York seeks Analysts to support the execution of advisory and capital raising transactions across life sciences and biopharma. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of investment banking experience; life sciences/biopharma experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A, capital markets transactions, and strategic advisory assignments
• General knowledge of life sciences and biopharma industry trends
• Financial modeling and valuation expertise, knowledge of biopharma-specific frameworks preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Series 63 and 79 licenses preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of equity financings, M&A, and other strategic advisory transactions for life sciences clients
• Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, management presentations, and other transaction marketing materials
• Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis to support live transactions and pitches
• Conduct industry, company, and product research across various therapeutic areas in biopharma
• Participate in client meetings and investor presentations
• Support drafting sessions for underwriting and advisory engagements
• Conduct comprehensive industry, company, and transaction-specific due diligence
• Provide analytical and execution support to senior bankers and deal teams
