Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Design Engineer based in Clearwater, Florida, to assess project requirements and gather technical data for HVAC restoration projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in drafting and engineering, and will ensure that projects are effectively planned and constructed. Must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.

The role includes on-site assessments, drafting construction documents, and assisting with project budgeting and execution. A relocation package is offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD.
• Ability to travel out of state up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits and assessments for HVAC projects.
• Determine scope and design solutions for HVAC restoration projects.
• Draft construction documents and generate specifications.
• Assist the sales team with scope reviews as needed.
