Job summary

Signet Health is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations for the NEW Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX. The role is 100% on-site and partners with hospital leadership on recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

The position supports a fast-paced behavioral health environment, ensures regulatory compliance, and reports to the Chief Engagement Officer and Program President. Relocation assistance and generous PTO are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• Master's degree preferred; SHRM certification is a plus
• 2–5 years of direct HR management experience
• Healthcare experience with strong recruitment background

Responsibilities

• Manages HR programs including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; investigations; performance management.
• Enforces Signet Health policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
• Provides guidance on corrective actions and maintains equitable processes.
• Oversees onboarding of new employees and regulatory matters as needed.
