Apploi is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility while following sanitation and safety procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, good attendance, and comfort working around elderly residents in a healthcare setting. Shifts include day and evening, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Provide cleaning services in a healthcare environment in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Must have good attendance.
• Must be comfortable working around elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform other routine cleaning duties
• Empty trash and dispose of waste appropriately
• Replenish cleaning and bathroom supplies as needed
• Follow proper infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Handle cleaning products and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff
