Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to maintain cleanliness across the Rehabilitation Center, ensuring a high standard of hygiene for residents. You will clean, dust, and mop all areas to uphold sanitary conditions and support resident well-being.

Responsibilities include daily room maintenance, hygiene of equipment, supply management, safety and infection control compliance, and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with other staff and communicate appropriately with residents, visitors and staff.
• Must be able to work with or without supervision and be a team player.
• Must qualify for employment after a criminal background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cleaning & Room Maintenance: Clean and service resident rooms, nurses’ stations, break rooms, and dietary kitchens; dust, polish, mop, disinfect surfaces, and maintain sanitary conditions of all areas and equipment.
