Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow safety and infection-control procedures, and interact positively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; follow safety instructions.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Respect infection control and universal precautions policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with residents, staff and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
