Pine Grove Nursing Center in Center, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment across the facility. Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy.
• Experience in laundry operations or environmental services preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and proper disposal of waste.
• Replenish housekeeping and restroom supplies as needed.
• Safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Prepare resident rooms for new admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond promptly to spills, environmental hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized housekeeping carts, closets, equipment, and supply areas.
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, belongings, and personal space.
