Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a long-term care facility in El Campo, Texas. You will dust, clean, and sanitize resident areas, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces while ensuring comfort and safety for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of related cleaning experience and the ability to read and follow written directions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning supplies, appliances and equipment.
• At least one year of experience in related field.
• Experience in long-term care facility preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Dust, clean, wash and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, equipment.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, floors, tables, chairs, and countertops.
• Maintain clean kitchen area and overall building sanitation.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Vacuum and mop floors; empty trash receptacles.
• Tidy resident rooms; communicate with residents, visitors, families, staff, and supervisors.
