Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant in Denison, Texas to perform daily cleaning tasks in patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in line with facility protocols.

You will use appropriate chemicals, operate floor-care equipment, vacuum carpets, wash windows, and report repairs while maintaining safety, compliance with abuse prevention policies, and participating in weekly in-services. Benefits include 401K, CEU reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional housekeeping or maintenance is helpful.
• Experience using floor-care equipment is helpful.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Cleans patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily per facility protocols.
• Uses chemicals in proper portions; mops floors, dusts, and vacuums.
• Empties trash and replaces liners; reports repairs as needed.
• Washes and dries windows using proper equipment.
• Requests supplies from Supervisor; identifies safety hazards and adheres to safety rules.
• Follows Abuse Prevention policies and Patient Care Management Systems.
