Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business preferred.
• Three years of healthcare consulting, revenue cycle, claims auditing, or payment integrity experience required.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and claims processing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provides investigation and analysis for clients, regulators, and litigation matters.
• Analyzes healthcare claims data to identify improper payments and potential fraud, waste, or abuse.
• Develops strategies to improve payment accuracy and mitigate overpayments.
• Prepares detailed reports and recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate findings and implement corrective actions.
