HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a Retail Manager for Food and Nutrition Services. The role supports food production operations, enforces policy and regulatory standards, and prioritizes safety and infection control within the department.

The position requires at least three years of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting and a Certified Food Protection Manager credential within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Certified Food Protection Manager within 90 days of employment.
• ANAB Approved Food Management Course or state requirements (e.g., ServeSafe, NRFSP, Always Food Safe, Aboe Training, 360 Training, Prometric) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with food and nutrition services operations, maintains current standards, laws, policies and procedures.
• Enforces uniform compliance with all current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within all production and storage areas.
• Establishes patient, employee and environmental safety infection control as a leadership priority and maintains compliance with safety and practice standards.
• Stocks retail environment items and checks for variety and attractiveness.
• Maintains inventory levels and budgeted inventory turns.
