Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Floor Technician for the Brockton, MA location. The role involves floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Schedule is full-time from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with days varying and rotating weekends. Requirements include previous floor care experience and knowledge of floor care equipment; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience required.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning).
• Operates industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Performs maintenance/restorative processes for all floor surfaces.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
